Important info for DUSO from Red Hook
1. Parking- We will open our lots at 6am! Team Reps, Officials and Coaches will be receiving parking passes that will direct you to your color coded lot. Please follow our parking attendants directions. There are about 100 GENERAL Parking spots in the around pool area, once these spots are full we will ask parents to head up to the Middle School parking lot 65 W Market St to park. **Please see attached for details** Please encourage carpooling
***No PARKING along LINDEN Ave- cars WILL be towed!!***
2. Food Vendors- We will have THREE vendors on site the day of champs AND pizza provided by RHSR. Two of the vendors are CASH only and one vendor will except VENMO. Food prices range from $5-$15 per item. We are waiting on final menus to post on the champs page, and they will also be available in the program.
***Taste Budds Cafe will be providing TWO delivery times for coffee, breakfast and lunch. There will be a QR code in the program for patroons to scan and order. The DJ will announce when the food has arrived and parents can head to the designated pick up area.***
The Sea Raiders will also have a bake table and merchandise table for families to enjoy!
3. Team Tents: Each team will have a tent behind the tennis courts. My husband and I have surveyed the area and placed tents based on size. IF the tent order changes when the tent company sets up I will blast out and email Friday night with a new layout.Each tent will be clearly labeled the day of so families can find your team tent easily.
Swimmers and families will enter through the gate on the north side of the pool for seeding and cheering!
4. Bathrooms: There will be 8 portable toilets up at the front of the team tents. Anyone who does NOT have a volunteer pass is asked to use the portable toilets. There are also public bathrooms at the Red Hook Rec park which you will find to the North of the basketball court (it is a bit of a walk).
Parent volunteers and Team Reps: may use the Executive trailer bathrooms next to the bathhouse.
Officials and Coaches may use the bathhouse.
5. Warm-Ups: We did our best to make warm-up as fair as possible based on team size and travel time. There are TWO warm-up times 7-7:40 and 7:40-8:20. In the spirit of DUSO we do ask our teams with the second warm-up; if a swimmer misses the first warm-up you allow them to jump in with your team! Thank you in advance!

6. House Keeping
a. Lifeguards will be circulating throughout the day to keep our facilities clean. There will be trash cans throughout for all teams/families to use.
b. Red Hooks Champs Committee will be wearing bright pink t-shirts and circulating throughout the day to answer any questions.
c. Our pool does boarder our public rec facility. Please encourage swimmers to stay close to the pool as it is a LONG walk to try and find missing swimmers on the playground!
