Dear Zena Families,

We are excited for the upcoming full-day of summer swimming at the DUSO Championships at the Ulster County Pool. (741 Libertyville Rd. New Paltz)

Please arrive by 7am!! Warm ups are 7:40-8:20 in lane 1. We need to have all swimmers ready before warm ups with events already written on arms!

Directly after warm ups is the athlete parade. Please wear your Zena gear and Sunglasses and any other fun clothes and accessories to go with our solar system/ sun theme!

Please see myself or Sonia upon arrival to check in for your job and to get your name tag. Remember we are the host team, so all hands on deck!

Please be prepared for varying weather conditions. Temperatures are expected to range from the 60s in the morning to the mid-80s by early afternoon, and with the weather lately possibly rain?! We recommend dressing your swimmer in layers and packing rain gear just in case.

PARKING:

Parking lots open at 6am, Carpooling/ one car per family is always encouraged!

Please note that pop-up tents are not permitted at the meet. We do have a large team tent where we all need to sit. Our tent is located directly to the left of the pavilion. Please bring chairs and blankets to sit on under the tent. There is also a lot of down time in between events, so bring cards, games and other activities for your swimmer.

We will have our concessions for sale along with some different food trucks that will be on site. Any questions about concession donations please contact Mia.
